Gabriel Correa Indicted for First Degree Murder with a Firearm after Christmas Day 2023 Shooting
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – On Wednesday (April 24) an Osceola County grand jury formally indicted Gabriel Correa, 27, for First Degree Murder (with a Firearm).
Just before 5 a.m. on December 25, 2023, Correa was captured on video surveillance driving outside Lungo Café located at 3262 Vineland Road in Kissimmee. He began firing a gun from inside his vehicle while driving past the café. Video surveillance captured Correa returning a few minutes later in his car where he proceeded to start shooting again at the victim, Terrell Williams. Williams was shot and died at the scene. Correa left the scene and Osceola County sheriff’s deputies arrested him on Jan. 19.
The State presented sufficient evidence to a grand jury to secure First Degree Murder (with a Weapon) indictment against Correa.
