OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – On Wednesday (April 24) an Osceola County grand jury formally indicted Jasmin Kennedy, 38, for First Degree Murder.

On August 21, 2023, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call regarding a deceased child. An investigation was conducted and the child’s death was ruled a homicide. Kennedy was identified as a suspect and arrested.

The State presented sufficient evidence to a grand jury to secure a premeditated First Degree Murder indictment against Kennedy.
