ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County jury found Rafael Garcia Sanchez, 40, guilty of two counts of Lewd/Lascivious Exhibition (By Person 18 YOA or Older, Victim less than 16 YOA), three counts of Lewd or Lascivious Conduct (By a Person >17) and Sexual Battery on a Child Under 12.
ORLANDO, Fla. – Following its review of a July 2023 fatal officer-involved shooting involving the Orlando Police Department (OPD), the Orange County grand jury has issued recommendations aimed at improving OPD’s Community Response Team (CRT).

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – On Aug. 28, an Orange County grand jury formally indicted Jerry Dorisme, 28, for First Degree Murder (with a Weapon), Kidnapping with Intent to Inflict Bodily Harm or Terrorize (with a Weapon), Sexual Battery (with a Deadly Weapon or Physical Force) and Attempted Sexual Battery (with a Deadly Weapon or Physical Force).
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County grand jury formally indicted Gary Brumfield, 30, for First Degree Murder (with a Weapon) for a 2019 homicide.
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – An Osceola County jury found Safari Rodriguez, 21, guilty of First Degree Murder with Special Findings, Aggravated Battery with Special Findings, Attempted First Degree Murder with Special Findings and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon after he shot two people at an Osceola County home in 2022, killing one of them.
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – An Osceola County grand jury formally indicted Joshua Miller, 29, for First Degree Murder with a Firearm and Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon.
