ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County grand jury formally indicted Tenaje Johnson, 18, on charges of First Degree Murder (with a Firearm), Attempted Robbery (with a Firearm), Shooting at, within or into an Occupied Vehicle and Possession of a Firearm by a Minor.
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County grand jury formally indicted Jeffrey Figueroa Rivera, 47, on First Degree Murder (with a Firearm) and three counts of Attempted First Degree Murder (with a Firearm) for shooting into a group of people following a dispute.
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County grand jury formally indicted Leandro Correa, 48, on two counts of First Degree Murder (with a Firearm) for shooting and killing two people.
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County grand jury formally indicted Kendrion Dow, 19, and Justin Copeland, 17, for First Degree Murder (with a Firearm) and Robbery (with a Firearm). The grand jury also indicted Dow for Unlawful Possession of a Stolen Credit/Debit Card.
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – The State Attorney’s Office for the Ninth Judicial Circuit announced George Girtman, a convicted serial rapist known as the “Malibu Rapist,” entered a plea today and the Court adjudicated him guilty on one count of Sexual Battery with a Deadly Weapon in connection to a 1988 cold case.
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – An Osceola County jury found Doris Espinoza-Rodriguez, 40, guilty of two counts of Attempted Second Degree Murder with a Weapon, Aggravated Child Abuse (With a Weapon) and Felony Battery for stabbing two children.
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County jury found Rafael Garcia Sanchez, 40, guilty of two counts of Lewd/Lascivious Exhibition (By Person 18 YOA or Older, Victim less than 16 YOA), three counts of Lewd or Lascivious Conduct (By a Person >17) and Sexual Battery on a Child Under 12.
ORLANDO, Fla. – Following its review of a July 2023 fatal officer-involved shooting involving the Orlando Police Department (OPD), the Orange County grand jury has issued recommendations aimed at improving OPD’s Community Response Team (CRT).
