ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Six Orlando police officers involved in an August 2023 fatal shooting have been cleared of any criminal wrongdoing.
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – An Osceola County jury found Federico Gondola, 41, guilty of two counts of First Degree Murder with a Firearm, Burglary of a Dwelling with Assault/Battery with a Firearm and Robbery with a Firearm after he shot and killed a couple in their home in 2018.
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County grand jury formally indicted Jamal Johnson, 25, for First Degree Felony Murder and Accessory to First Degree Murder.
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County grand jury formally indicted Isaiah Holligan, 26, and Jonathan Strickland, 24, for First Degree Felony Murder (with a Firearm) and Robbery (with a Firearm). Holligan was also indicted for Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – On August 1, an Osceola County grand jury indicted a Kissimmee police officer following a use of force investigation into a 2023 incident. Officer Andrew Baseggio was formally charged with Felony Battery, two counts of Tampering with a Witness, Official Misconduct, Solicitation for Perjury and misdemeanor Battery.
The Orange County grand jury issued a 37-count indictment against 11 defendants after a 10-month multi-agency investigation called Operation Dirty 30s.
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County grand jury formally indicted Jose Sanchez, 34, for First Degree Felony Murder, Burglary of a Dwelling with Assault or Battery (with a Firearm) and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – On Wednesday, an Orange County grand jury formally indicted Shannon King, 56, for First Degree Murder and Stalking.
